Contrary to what this bitcoin betting site’s name may imply, Bitroulette does not only offer roulette games. It has several of the games typically featured by other online casinos.

Bitroulette is a full-fledged bitcoin gambling site that offers a variety of casino games including HD slots, poker, video poker, blackjack, and roulette. It also has multiplayer games. It has at the very least the basics of an online BTC casino. You just have to learn to ignore, though, the site’s claim of being “the best online Internet casino site.”
The claim is not just a severe case of redundancy, it’s also something difficult to support. If you get fixated with this claim, you may end up being unable to see the good attributes of the site as skepticism takes over. We are writing this review to help you examine this site objectively, to help you find out if Bitroulette’s claim has even a modicum of truth or if this site is one of those run-of-the-mill or fly-by-night online bitcoin casinos that you should ignore.

Account Registration

There are two ways of signing up for an account with Bitroulette and both of them make it really easy to register an account.
The first is by filling out the account registration form, which only asks for an email address, nickname, and password. You could complete this process in less than 5 seconds. You should be able to get your account almost instantly. There is no email verification required. You will just get an email notification regarding the successful account creation.

The second method for signing up for an account is supposedly faster than the first because you only have to click on the icon of an online account you may already have and an account will be created based on it. However, based on our experience as we tried it, the process is just as short or it may even be not as quick as the first method of account registration.
The second method is just like signing in using your already existing social media or online account. This social media or online account could be Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Microsoft Live, VK, Mail.ur, Odnoklassniki,  Flickr, LiveJournal, OpenID, Last.FM, Soundcloud, Steam, uID, WebMoney, YouTube, FourSquare, LinkedIn, Tumblr, dudu, and Vimeo.

Account Dashboard

Bitroulette’s account dashboard is almost bare. There’s nothing much that can be done with it. The email and nickname are not modifiable. There is no profile to update. Only the password can be changed in the dashboard. The Deposit/Cashout page, on the other hand, is intuitive. You just have to click on the icon of the payment method you want to use and you can immediately proceed to making the deposit or cashout by filling out the online form and clicking no the Make Deposit or Make Cashout button.

The Games on Bitroulette

As mentioned, Bitroulette does not only offer Roulette games. It also offers Poker, Blackjack, Slots, Video Poker, and Baccarat games. There are a total of 74 games on the site.

• Despite its name, there are only 3 Roulette games on the site, namely Multiplayer Roulette, American Roulette, and Classic Roulette.
• The Poker category has 4 games. They are Multiplayer Poker, Caribbean Poker, Oasis Poker, and Russian Poker.
• For the Video Poker category, there are 3 games listed. These are Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, and Tens or Better.
• There are 5 Blackjack games on Bitroulette. They are as follows: Multiplayer Blackjack, One Deck Blackjack, European Blackjack, Open Blackjack, and Six Decks Blackjack.
• The Baccarat category has 2 games, namely Multiplayer Baccarat and Baccarat.
• As usual, the Slots category has the most number of games. We found 60 in our count. These are divided into two sub-categories: HD 5-reel slots and Retro slots.

To emphasize, Bitroulette has a number of bitcoin multiplayer games (already included in the count above). These are multiplayer roulette, poker, blackjack, and baccarat. The links for the games are presented under the Multiplayer category.
The games load in a pop-up window so if you don’t see them loading as you click on their respective links, you have prevented your browser from opening pop-ups. Game loading time is relatively fast. However, we just have a little issue with the aspect ratio. The are still in 4:3 aspect ratio, something that will not make use of the full space of most 16:9 displays of desktop computers and mobile devices. There’s also an unsightly column beside the game that looks like an ad.

You can load only game at a time. Every time you click on a game to play, the game will be opened on the same pop-up window where you loaded a game previously. You may wonder why it would seem that nothing happened as you click on a game to try playing it when you already have another game opened in a pop-up window. What happens is that the new game takes over the pop-up window where you loaded another game previously.
Game graphics and aesthetics aren’t the best we have encountered on a bitcoin betting site but they are definitely not bad and shouldn’t be a hindrance to enjoying the games.
All of the games have Play for Fun or Demo and Play for Money versions. As such, we can consider Bitroulette as a free bitcoin casino since you can enjoy the games without having to make a deposit.
After examining the User Agreement page of the site, we have to note here that players are required to promptly report instances of software errors or technical problems. This is to ensure that lost bets are compensated. Problems that are not reported immediately will no longer be entertained so the currency lost may no longer be refunded.

Bitroulette Game Software and Fairness

We couldn’t ascertain the provider of the game software on Bitroulette. They seem to come from the usual online game software providers but they load with the Bitoulette.org branding so it may appear that they have been developed by Bitroulette in-house. There are no details regarding the software presented on the site.
The games are in Flash. As stated on the site, you need to have at at least version 8.0 of the Macromedia Flash plugin. As such, Bitroulette cannot be considered an HTML5 bitcoin casino.
The games are not provably fair. However, Bitroulette asserts through its User Agreement page that the games have fair odds.

Mobile-Friendly Website

The Bitroulette website is mobile-friendly. The site automatically adjusts its layout and the amount of content shown to suit the size of the display of the device used to access it. There are no dedicated Android, iOS, or Windows mobile apps available for playing the game but mobile-friendly site is enough to provide players a satisfactory bitcoin mobile casino experience.

Currencies, Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees

There are three cryptocurrencies supported by Bitroulette. These are bitcoin (BTC), litecoin (LTC), and dogecoin (DOGE). However, the amounts are presented in US dollars / $ on the site and the games.
Deposits can be done through the following methods: Skrill Moneybookers, WebMoney, Perfect Money, OKPay, Wallet One, Yandex Money, Payeer, BTC-e, AdvCash, Paxum, bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, and DASH. On the homepage, only BTC, LTC, and DOGE are the cryptocurrencies mentioned but in the Deposit interface, DASH is included in the deposit method options so it can be said that DASH is also accepted on this site. The minimum deposit amounts are from $0.01 to $5. The cryptocurrency methods have the lowest minimum deposit amounts at $0.01. Deposits are usually credited to accounts automatically.

For withdrawals, unfortunately, there is only one method supported. This is through PerfectMoney. The minimum amount for making a withdrawal is $0.05. There is no maximum limit in making withdrawals. Withdrawals, according to the site’s FAQ page, are usually automatic. The amounts are supposed to be transferred to a player’s account within a minute.
At the time we did this Bitroulette review, the site was not charging deposit or withdrawal fees. However, as indicated on the site, fees may be imposed in the future.

No Bonuses and Promotions

If the lack of a deposit bonus or other bonuses and promotions is a deal breaker for you, Bitroulette may not be the online casino for you. It does not offer any form of bonus. It also does not have any “no deposit bonus” and does not provide VIP programs and rewards. Nevertheless, it has an affiliate program.
The affiliate program has its separate account dashboard. You need to log in again to access it but using the same username and password you use for your Bitroulette account.
The affiliate program gives 15% of the profits earned by Bitroulette from every player you refer. The profit is computed as 3% of the amount of lost bets. It’s actually a very small amount. That’s 15% of 3% of the lost bets or less than 1% of the lost bets.

Country Restrictions, Anonymity, and Site Languages

At the time we did this Bitroulette review, there’s nothing on the site that mentions whether or not it is a US-accepted bitcoin casino. However, since the site is accessible from the United States and there are Play for Fun options for all the games, we are inclined to consider this online casino as a US-accepted casino.
Also, Bitroulette appears to support anonymous bitcoin betting. It affords players the advantages of an anonymous bitcoin casino as players are not required to verify accounts or submit proofs of identity and address.
Since Bitroulette tries to serve players from all parts of the world, its website has different language versions. If you need to ask questions or request for assistance, you have two options to do it. One is through email via the online email sending form in the Contact page. Apparently, the site does not provide 24/7 customer support. We tried sending an inquiry using the online form but we did not get a prompt response.
The other option for Bitroulette customer support is through Skype. There’s a Skype button on the Contact page. However, we were not able to communicate with a support staff at the time we did this Bitroulette review.
UPDATE: After a couple of days, Bitroulette’s Skype account accepted our request to add us in their contacts but we still did not get a reply to our question.

Bitroulette License, Regulation, and Security

Information regarding Bitroulette’s license and regulation are not readily presented on the site. We also failed to get responses when we made inquiries regarding this.
When it comes to the website’s security, there are also no pertinent details mentioned on the site. The only thing related to security we found on the site is the set of buttons near the bottom part of the homepage, suggesting that it is “Hacker Safe,” “100% Secure,” and that SSL encryption is used to protect transactions and accounts on the site.
