Disclaimer
BitcoinCasino24 has written about Bitcoin and crypto gambling since 2016. This page explains what our reviews, charts and guides can and cannot do for you. It covers every page of bitcoincasino24.net, which is published by Kenepix Interactive B.V., Pareraweg 45, Willemstad, Curaçao. Using the site means accepting this disclaimer; if you do not, please leave the site.
We publish; we do not gamble with you
The site is an independent publisher of information. It is not a casino, a sportsbook, a poker room, an exchange or a wallet. It does not run games, accept stakes, take deposits, store coins or pay out winnings, and it holds no gambling licence anywhere. When you play, you deal with the operator, under the operator’s terms, and any dispute about a balance, a bonus or a withdrawal is between you and that operator.
Reviews describe a moment in time
Every review reflects what the operator published and what we found when the page was last checked. Welcome offers, wagering rules, maximum bets, withdrawal limits, accepted coins and networks, KYC triggers and even ownership can change from one week to the next. The operator’s current terms always prevail over our summary of them.
The site also keeps an archive of early reviews of dice sites, Bitcoin lotteries and small casinos. Those pages are kept because they show how the market developed, not as recommendations. An operator in the archive may have closed, changed hands or lost its licence since the review was written.
Crypto carries its own risks
A deposit in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ether, USDT or any other coin is exposed to price movements that have nothing to do with the games. Your balance can be worth less in your own currency when you withdraw it, even if you finish a session ahead. Network fees vary. A transfer sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or without a required memo or tag is usually lost for good, and nobody — neither the operator nor this site — can reverse it.
Our payment guides explain how deposits and withdrawals work and what to do when something goes wrong. They are not investment advice, and nothing on the site recommends buying, holding or trading any cryptocurrency.
What provably fair does and does not prove
We explain how to check a provably fair result with server seeds, client seeds and hashes. A successful check shows that a particular round was not altered after your bet. It does not show that the operator is solvent, that it will process your withdrawal on time, or that its terms are fair. Treat it as one signal among several.
Licences and the law where you live
Where a review names a licence, we report what the operator displays and, where possible, what the issuing register shows. A licence from Curaçao, Anjouan or any other authority is not a guarantee of good conduct, and the protection it gives players differs a great deal from one jurisdiction to another.
Online gambling, and gambling with cryptocurrency in particular, is restricted or banned in many countries and in a number of US states. A review on this site — including those in the US-facing section — is not a statement that a service is lawful or available where you are. Checking that is your responsibility.
Figures from other sources
RTP percentages, house edges, game rules, block times and bonus amounts come from operators, game studios and public sources. We publish bonus amounts in the currency the operator states and do not convert them into crypto. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of data we do not produce ourselves.
Scores are editorial opinions
Positions in the Casino Megachart and the scores in reviews are the judgement of our reviewer and the editorial desk, reached by the method described on How We Rate. Another reviewer could reach a different result from the same facts. A high score is not a promise, and a warning is an opinion based on the evidence we had.
Partner links
The site earns commission from some operators when readers open accounts through links that pass through /go/ addresses. This does not change the offer you receive or what a review says about terms and payouts. The affiliate disclosure sets out how this works.
Third-party websites
Links lead to operators, wallets, exchanges, block explorers and help organisations that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or data practices.
Adults only
The site is for readers aged 18 or over, or older where local law sets a higher age. If you are under that age, please do not use it.
Keeping gambling under control
Decide how much you can afford to lose in your own currency before you start, not in coins. Do not chase losses, and do not move savings into crypto to keep playing. Use deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion where the operator offers them. If gambling is no longer fun, the organisations listed on our responsible gambling page and at the foot of every page offer free and confidential help.
Ownership of the content
The texts, scores, charts and layout of the site belong to Kenepix Interactive B.V. or are used under licence. Photographs are credited to their authors. Trademarks and logos of operators and game providers belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kenepix Interactive B.V. accepts no liability for direct or indirect losses connected with the use of the site, including gambling losses, lost or frozen balances, closed accounts, failed or delayed crypto transfers, changes in coin prices or decisions based on our content. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not affected.
Applicable law
The site does not address one particular country. This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Curaçao, where its publisher is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you where you live.
Changes
This page is revised when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
