We tried to register for an account at the site and the registration form was longer than the form of most of the other casino sites that we tried before. While those sites usually just ask for a username, password and email address, this one asked for several details. Aside from the username, password and email address, other details that were required are first and last name, preferred currency, gender, birthdate, country, state, province, city, postal code, address and phone number.

You also need to click on the box to confirm that you are over 18-years old and that you have read the privacy policy and mandatory rules and conditions of the site. This is also the same box for confirming that you wish to receive email information about betting, promotions and other information from Vitalbet.com. We feel that it would have been better if the latter had a separate box so users can have an option not to receive email information in case they prefer not to.

Not only did the registration form take time to complete, we were also not able to successfully register for an account. We were not sure what the problem was since we were not receiving any error message. At first the outline of the username field went red, so we tried to change the username, but we weren’t successful. The outline of the email address field was the next one to turn red, so we also tried to change it several times with valid email addresses but we were still not successful.

We tried to search for more information on the web about the sign up process and if others have encountered the same problem. While we were not able to find users that had the same difficulties signing up, we found a site that had a step by step guide of the sign up process including screenshots. The registration form looked different than what we had. We thought that it was possible that the page was under maintenance at the time of doing our Vitalbet review. One user was asking why it took so long to receive his verification via email and the agent wasn’t able to answer the question saying that it was the verification team who knows about it and it might have something to do with his documents, although it was just a guess. Base from the said conversation, we feel that chat support is not that effective. There are other options on how you can get help.
