Propawin may not be one of the best online casinos but it’s definitely not one of the worst. It offers an extensive variety of games that don’t require any client download. The Propawin Account Registration Process

We are not sure if it’s just an issue with our computer or the Propawin online form appears to be buggy. We had to press the big green Join Now button several times to finally see the floating online form for account registration. We tried this with other browsers and we experienced the same delayed appearance of the online registration form. There were also times when the page darkens/dims for a few seconds before the online registration form appears.

Anyway, the online form asks for a bit more information as compared to the other online casinos we have already reviewed. It asks for a full name, birth date, gender, email address, phone number, complete address, and preferred currency. Except for the Signup Code, all of the form’s fields need to be filled out.

We encountered prompts, several times, telling us that there are fields we needed to fill out even though we already filled them out (except for the Signup Code). At one point, we were told that we had to fill out the Country field when it was already filled out (it’s a dropdown list so it’s impossible for it to be not filled out). There was also another time when we were told to enter a Signup Code when it is not supposed to be necessary (we verified this). This online registration form tries to be smart but it does not appear to be that smart.

The supposedly “15-second” registration ended up taking us more than 5 minutes. It’s not a good experience. We have to say most casual players who may have only wanted to try this online casino out of curiosity would have already given up after going through the same experience we encountered.

We were automatically logged in to our account after clicking on the “Agree & Register” button (and hurdling the peculiarities of the online form).

Account Dashboard

Propawin’s account dashboard allows the editing of contact details but not the personal information and username. It has a messaging system. It also enables the changing of the password. It’s a good feature-rich account dashboard. It even comes with Limit Deposit and Self-Repatriation functions.

The Self-Repatriation function is for self-imposing a restriction on session time. Obviously, it’s a tool for preventing problem gambling. With it, you have the option to limit your playing sessions from 30 to 250 minutes. We were close to concluding that this online casino is trying to bait players into playing and accumulating winnings only to be told later on that they are supposedly banned from the site, with their accounts and winnings terminated.
