On its site, it claims to feature “some of the best casino software in the industry.” This gambling site provides a good variety of games although we were a little perplexed as to why it has to offer two sets of casino games uncreatively named “Casino” and “Casino (NEW).” You will see this grouping of games once you log in to your account. Before logging in, you will only see the Live Casino and RNG Casino options, which don’t actually show you the real games, only information about the games.

This online casino’s website looks more than decent. We wouldn’t be surprised if it can easily attract new players. It even provides player support via telephone, email, and live chat. Account Registration

Registering for a Bogart Casino account is a quick and easy process although the online registration form is longer than what you would usually find in other online casinos. We have to mention in this Bogart Casino review that the online form is also somewhat smart. It is able to detect issues in the registration details being entered, particularly when it comes to the address. In an attempt to be anonymous, we tried using a fictitious address in our first attempt at signing up. Also, we have to point out in this Bogart Casino review that the site does not have a banking-like system for keeping account login. We noticed that when we closed our browser without logging out from our account, we ended up still logged in when we opened the browser again. It would have been better if the account is automatically logged out after a period of time or once the browser is closed. More secure sites demand a fresh login whenever the browser is closed or after some period of inactivity.

The games on Bogart Casino are grouped into three: Casino (NEW), Casino, and Live Casino.

The Casino (NEW) features 64 games that include card, casual, roulette, slots, and video poker games.

The Casino games, apparently the older games, features 12 Slot games, 18 Video Poker games, 7 Zip Tabs and Keno games, and 26 Table Games that include varieties of Blackjack, Dice, Roulette, and Card games.

We were a little confused why Bogart Casino has to offer two different types of games so we did some research. The things we found out are discussed in the succeeding (Game Software) section.

On the other hand, the Live Casino section features two live baccarat games. One requires minimum and maximum bets of $5 and $300 respectively while the other requires $200 and $1,000. Both games have options for playing with Fun money or play money. The games are launched in a pop-up window so be sure to enable pop-ups for Bogart Casino.

The live games are relatively quick to load. There’s nothing special about the aesthetics of the game interface but we appreciate how instructions are being flashed to guide players. There’s an option to the change the game’s skin and enable hotkeys. Also, email support is available from within the game. You can send email inquiries or complaints while you are within the game by clicking on the speech cloud icon on the left side of the page, which shows an online email sending form.

Game Software

On Bogart Casino’s homepage, at the footer, a logo of Softswiss is embedded. That’s why we thought the games on Bogart Casino are from Softswiss. Bogart’s support rep said that it’s in their policy not to divulge anything about the software they use so our assumption that the site uses Softswiss software was not confirmed. When we did some digging, we found out that some reviews view Bogart Casino negatively for using software from Amigotechs. That’s why our assumption in this Bogart Casino review is that the old (Casino) software is from Amigotechs while the new (Casino NEW) is from Softswiss.

We evaluated the games under the Casino (NEW) section and we think they resemble the games that are associated with SoftSwiss.

Softswiss is known to have provably fair games but the games on Bogart Casino don’t come with their respective provability widgets and Bogart Casino is silent on the matter. Customer support refuses to reveal information about it. We are not going to make assumptions that would be favorable to Bogart Casino here so we will maintain that the games are not provably fair.

Mobile-Friendly Website

We ran our usual mobile-friendliness test for this Bogart Casino review with the help of Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test tool, which by the way offers a more general perspective of websites. We are aware that some sites may look okay (no security notifications or problems in rendering) to browsers certain locations but are not okay to others. Using Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test, we can at least be assured that the site rendering we are seeing is something similar to what almost all other browsers in the world are seeing.

Bogart Casino is mobile-friendly. There are no mobile apps for iOS or Android but the mobile-friendly site already suffices as a good solution for mobile playing. It’s good to see that the Live Support Online button can be seen on the mobile version of the site.

Currencies Used and Payment Methods

US Dollars is the currency used in the Bogart Casino games. However, it is possible to deposit in bitcoins and other currencies. They are just converted to the equivalent dollar value once the deposit is completed.

All withdrawals on Bogart Casino require the approval of the casino management.  Unfortunately, there are only two withdrawal methods supported as of the time we were doing this Bogart Casino review. They are checks and Person to Person. The Bogart Casino website lists bitcoin as one of the withdrawal options but it is actually not available yet. We have to note that as we inquired about this matter, the support rep asked for our account number and password. We gave him our account number but refused to give him our password and he retracted on asking for it. It sounds like a petty slip but curious still.
