There are no additional requirements to be included in the mystery jackpot draw other than to place a sports bet. Pay out of the mystery jackpot happens between the time when the minimum and maximum value amounts are reached. The mystery jackpot happens purely by chance and no one knows when exactly it will happen. The amounts that can be won are as follows:

Also, BetEast offers a bet cash out scheme, which makes it different from most other sports betting sites. This scheme enables the whole or partial withdrawal of bets before an event has finished. Partial bet cash out allows players to take out part of their money whilst letting the remainder run for the full duration of the event. Players are allowed to cash out at any point in selected games in compliance to the terms and conditions of BetEast.

Account Registration

At the time this BetEast review was written, the registration for new players was temporarily suspended. The login section does not have the usual “Join Now” button with which new players can register. For the sake of making this review not limited to one “at the moment” state of this site, we consulted other reviews for insights on the registration process. BetEast appears to be a little strict when it comes to player registration. Players are expected to provide accurate details in their registration.

BetEast Games

BetEast has a simple and easy to navigate interface. The category of games available are in the site’s header part. These are In-Play, Sports, E-Sports, Games, and Casino. The In-Play, Sports, and E-Sports categories are for sports betting. The Games  category is for the online casino games while the Casino category is for the live dealer casino games. Beteast is looking like a great Bitcoin sportsbook site!

BetEast’s sports betting section covers an extensive number of sports including basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, ice hockey, mixed martial arts, handball, tennis, rugby and darts. It features sports events from various parts of the world including Korea, Japan, the United States and some parts of Europe. The site also has a feature that allows for betting in live games under the “In Play” tab. BetEast also features several channels for video poker and also contains an online casino. BetEast also features e-sports betting for Dota 2, League of Legends, Starcraft, Vain Glory and Counter Strike.

The Sports tab is very much similar to the In-Play tab’s interface. The only difference is that at the end of each sports category, a list of Top Bets are displayed. Players can also switch from one sports category to another by clicking on the tabs located at the left side under the Jackpots.

As for the E-Sports tab, there is an option to filter the games on display. The page can show only those which are happening within the next 24 hours or display all available gaming events. The schedules are also indicated.

The Games tab shows the different online casino games in grid view. The games are grouped into six categories namely, Video Poker, Scratch CArds, Roulette, Video Slots, Table Games, and Arcade

• There are 15 bitcoin table games available. Some of the notable titles are American Blackjack, Baccarat, Blackjack, Wild Viking and several poker games.
• Lastly, there are 15 Arcade Games which include: Around the World, Bonus Bowling, Darts, Derby Day, Dice Twister, Keno and Mega Ball

BetEast is a free bitcoin casino – they offer demo or “play for fun” versions of the games so players can try the games out even without signing up for an account or without having to make a deposit.

The Casino tab shares the interface as that of games. The options for live games are in tiles making it easy to see. The available games are Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, Live Texas Hold ‘Em, Live Roulette and Live Table Games

Live games can only be accessed when the user is registered. There is also a prerequisite of having money in your account to be able to access the live games. Given this, the demo play button is of no use.

BetEast Gaming Platform and Fairness

BetEast mentions Playtech as its game software provider.

The games on BetEast are audited by TST, an independent and accredited testing facility that ensures that the pay outs are fair. Only Sports Betting Is Available on Mobile

The BetEast website has a mobile-friendly version. If you scroll down the center part of the site, there is an option to switch into mobile view. Browsing and navigating through the site is fast and we encountered no glitches. However, only the In-Play and Sports tabs are accessible in the mobile view. The Game tab is inactive. It appears BetEast has only optimized sports betting for mobile gaming. BetEast does not have a stand-alone application for iOS, Andoid and Windows mobile devices.

Currencies and Payment Methods Supported on BetEast

We had to contact BetEast regarding the currencies used on the site because, as mentioned earlier, account registration for new players has been suspended so it’s not possible to actually see the account dashboard and evaluate the Deposit and Withdrawal system in place. Fortunately, live chat was available at the time we did this BetEast review so were able to interact with a support staff to clarify things.

According to the support staff, they are still fixing their payment methods and they will be offering more options by the time they open their service to new players. Interestingly, Neteller and Skrill Moneybooker payments have also been suspended even though these payment methods are listed on the homepage as one of the payment methods supported by the site. Apparently, some other bitcoin gambling review sites have also contacted BetEast and were told that bitcoin payments will be supported soon. It’s just not certain if this bitcoin payment support will be through Neteller, Skrill, or through a dedicated bitcoin payment just like how it is done with other bitcoin gambling sites. Also, the support staff said that the they don’t have a timeline for the opening of new payment methods so they couldn’t promise a specific date.

According to the BetEast Help page, there are no withdrawal fees imposed except for some bank wire transfers. When fees are required, the user will be prompted prior to any transaction. The fee will be deducted from the user’s account’s balance upon withdrawal. The maximum allowable withdrawal is pegged at €100,000 for 30 days. Amount that will exceed will be automatically placed back to your account.

The minimum and maximum bets would depend on the odds in the particular game or sports event.

Bonuses and Promotions

At the time this BetEast review was written, there were no bitcoin casino bonus or promotions offered. The only thing we can consider close enough to a bonus or an online casino bonus is the mystery prize we mentioned in introductory part of this review. It is not a deposit bonus and we can’t consider it as a form of no deposit bonus since it is part of the jackpot prize scheme of the site.

BetEast’s customer support is limited to email and live chat. Queries and requests for assistance may be sent to [email protected]. The live chat facility, according to the BetEast website, can only be accessed once you have logged in. Actually, it can be accessed even if you don’t have an account yet. You just have to go to beteast.zendesk.com/hc/en-us. It is the BetEast FAQ and Support site powered by Zendesk. You can access live chat support by clicking on the Help button on the lower right corner of the page.

It is also through BetEast customer support that you can activate self-exclusion. Just send an email or contact the BetEast support team to prevent yourself from accessing your account for a minimum period of 1 week. For the uninitiated, self exclusion is a way of controlling problem gambling. With it, players have the option to tell BetEast not to grant them access to their accounts to prevent the possibility of developing problematic online gambling habits.
