At the time that this BetPhoenix review was written, we encountered some issues with the registration. After the submission of the registration, a prompt indicated that something was wrong with the information entered even when all required fields were filled out. The site did not indicate the reason for the error. It took a few retries to successfully create an account. We reckon it could be just some temporary glitch in their system.
Your registration, by the way, does not require you to nominate a username. Your username will be given by the site. Account Dashboard
BetPhoenix does not have the most intuitive account dashboard but it’s not that difficult to figure out where to find the buttons or links you need to access certain functions. There is no profile page. Your account name is not the name (first and last name) you entered during the account registration process. The slots category had 28 games when we did this review. Additionally, there were 12 video poker games on the site, including Oasis Poker, Texas Hold’em, and Trey Poker. Lastly, the site had 4 casual games. These are Minesweeper, Heads and Tails, Scratch Dice, and Horse Racing Flash.
All of the casino games come with their respective Play for Fun version or demo mode. Feel free to try the games first before making any actual bitcoin betting or real money gambling.
The games are loaded in pop-up windows. Game loading time is around average, and sometimes slower than average. Be aware, though, that you can only load one a game at a time. If you try loading another game, it will only take the place of the one you already opened.
