A number of the games we tried as we completed this Coin Palace review demonstrated some slowness in loading. The graphics are okay, typical of SoftSwiss games, but you can really notice that it takes time for the games to load.

We are disappointed that Coin Palace brags about having 300+ new games because we found less than a hundred as we did our manual count.

Provably Fair Games from SoftSwiss

Coin Palace clearly claims that it is a provably fair bitcoin casino site. The game software is provided by SoftSwiss. The games don’t come with their respectively provability widgets like the way iys implemented on other sites that also use SoftSwiss’ software. Still, the games can be manually tested for fairness.

Coin Palace does not indicate the house edge for its games on its website. However, as written on the site, Blackjack is the suggested game for those how want to have higher chances of winning. Accordingly, “Blackjack is your best chance” as “the house edge is as small as it gets.”

Coin Palace Is Not Mobile-Friendly

Those who want to play Coin Palace games on their mobile devices will be disappointed to know that the site is not mobile-friendly. A mobile viewport has not been set for it and the links are too close together to be easy to navigate. Also, Coin Palace does not have mobile apps for Android and iOS devices, let alone for Windows phones.

Coin Palace relies on Cubits for its bitcoin transactions. It charges  transaction fee of 0.2% of the amount being transferred but most transactions are usually completed instantly.

There is a minimum deposit amount set at 0.001 BTC or 20 USD/EUR, but we found no information regarding a maximum amount.

When it comes to withdrawals, the minimum requirement is 0.005 BTC or 50 US/EUR. The maximum withdrawable amount is dependent on the payment method used. Withdrawals are usually processed instantly but there are times that it make take up to 8 days to process a withdrawal request.

There are various payment method options on Coin Place. They are as follows: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, PugglePlay, Skrill, LAVA Pay, and bitcoin via Cubits.

All winnings made through bitcoins are to be withdrawn using the same bitcoin wallet used in depositing bitcoins.

FUN Currency Available

Coin Palace offers a FUN currency, which is essentially play money, so players can try the games without having to spend real money or bitcoins yet. Of course, this currency is not convertible to fiat currency or bitcoins. It is maintained in a different balance.

At this point, we would like to note in this Coin Palace review that, apparently, 4 of the 17 currencies accepted by Coin Palace are AUD, SEK, NOK, and CAD. We really wish Coin Palace could answer our inquiries to be clear on this matter.

All of the bonuses have a wagering requirement of 40x within 30 days so they can be cashed out. Not all games contribute to the fulfillment of the wagering requirement. Only slots contribute 100%. The other games that contribute to the wagering requirement are Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo, Video Poker. Roulette, and Poker, at 5% each.

Just like in most other online casinos, the bonuses and winnings will be forfeited after the prescribed wagering period lapses. We reckon it used to have it since most other reviews mention that this online casino provides live chat support, but at the time we were doing this Coin Palace review, we are sure that live chat support does not exist.

We could not find or get a definitive statement from Coin Palace regarding its policy on accepting players from the United States or in imposing restrictions against players from certain countries.
