Just one look at the Coin Palace website and you would think that this is not your ordinary gambling site. From the way its website looks, you can say that time and effort were spent in building it. It looks grand and has a lot going with it. It also proudly flashes some highlight features through big banners on its homepage.
However, is Coin Palace really that good to be considered as your option for online gambling? Does it live up to the hyped-up homepage banners it flashes? We actually encountered a few things worth noting. There are positive ones and there are also negative points. We actually consulted other online reviews to help us do a more thorough assessment and we found out that, apparently, many things have changed in this site.
Get to know more about this online gambling site through our in-depth Coin Palace review. Find out if this is the palace you should want to enter or is it just some attractive facade without anything truly enticing to offer?
The Coin Palace Registration Process: Quick and Easy
Although Coin Palace requires an email confirmation, we like how quick it is to sign up for an account. The online form only requires only basic information like the email address, name, and password. Completing the registration process should only take around 15 seconds or less. The confirmation email reached our inbox almost instantly so we were able to sign up for an account without any delay.
Account Dashboard
Once we were signed up, we immediately went to the account dashboard to check things out. We were greeted by a very pleasant looking dashboard. We apologize for being slightly superficial here but we really want to commend the way the account dashboard looks. We have seen a great multitude of online casino user interfaces and dashboards but this one rom Coin Palace is one that left a really good aesthetic impression. The layout is actually similar to others we’ve seen before but there’s something inexplicably good in the way the overall dashboard aesthetics and functionality is presented.
The Coin Palace account dashboard is neatly presented, intuitive, and has all the functions we expect in an online casino. It enables the changing of profile details, viewing of account history, viewing of game history, management of bonuses, as well as the uploading of documents. The section for uploading documents worried us a bit since we are aware that when something like this exists, it means that the casino reserves the right to ask for identification documents especially when it comes to withdrawals. We did some inquiry on this and we were told that there’s nothing much to worry about anonymity being compromised here. Usually, proofs of identity are only required when there are suspicions that somebody else is accessing an account or withdrawing funds from an account. Also, identification is required when there is reason to believe that the account owner is underage.
If you just properly acquaint yourself with and abide by the site’s terms and conditions, you should not have any problem.
Moreover, there’s one feature we thought Coin Palace should have included. Considering how engaging the games on Coin Palace would be, it would have been great if the account dashboard included the option for self-exclusion or some other tools for imposing self-control to counter problem gambling. Nevertheless, we learned that you can contact Coin Palace support to arrange a self exclusion setup.

The Coin Palace Games
All in all, there are 70 games available on Coin Palace grouped in the following categories: Slots, Roulette, Blackjack, Table Games, and Poker.
- The Slots category features 50 games, which include popular titles like Book of Pyramids and Aztec Magic.
- There are 3 Roulette games namely, French Roulette Flash, American Roulette Flash, and European Roulette Flash.
- For the Blackjack category, there are 5 games: Blackjack Surrender, Double EXposure, Multihand Blackjack Flash, Pontoon, and Multihand Blackjack Pro.
- There are 11 Table Games listed on the site. These include are French Roulette, Double Exposure, Baccarat Flash, Hi-Lo Switch, Pocket Dice, Roulette European, and the 5 Blackjack games mentioned earlier.
- Lastly, there are 6 Poker games available. These are Caribbean Poker, Let It Ride Flash, Oasis Poker, Texas Hold’em, Trey Poker, and Casino Hold’em.
A number of the games we tried as we completed this Coin Palace review demonstrated some slowness in loading. The graphics are okay, typical of SoftSwiss games, but you can really notice that it takes time for the games to load.
We are disappointed that Coin Palace brags about having 300+ new games because we found less than a hundred as we did our manual count.
Provably Fair Games from SoftSwiss
Coin Palace clearly claims that it is a provably fair bitcoin casino site. The game software is provided by SoftSwiss. The games don’t come with their respectively provability widgets like the way iys implemented on other sites that also use SoftSwiss’ software. Still, the games can be manually tested for fairness.
Coin Palace does not indicate the house edge for its games on its website. However, as written on the site, Blackjack is the suggested game for those how want to have higher chances of winning. Accordingly, “Blackjack is your best chance” as “the house edge is as small as it gets.”
Coin Palace Is Not Mobile-Friendly
Those who want to play Coin Palace games on their mobile devices will be disappointed to know that the site is not mobile-friendly. A mobile viewport has not been set for it and the links are too close together to be easy to navigate. Also, Coin Palace does not have mobile apps for Android and iOS devices, let alone for Windows phones.
Currencies Used on Coin Palace and Policies on Deposits and Withdrawals
Coin Palace is generally a bitcoin gambling place so all of the amounts are expressed in BTCs. However, it also accepts fiat currencies including USD, EUR, and GBP. Coin Palace claims that it supports 17 different currencies. We could not find a list of what exactly these currencies are. The site sent no replies to our email inquiries.
Nevertheless, we like how Coin Palace prepared a highly detailed on making deposits on the site. A currency depositing guide page is linked in the homepage, where it is mentioned that 17 currencies are accepted on Coin Palace. We just wish this guide is also linked in the Deposit section of the account dashboard as it can really be useful especially to those who are new to sites that accept both fiat currencies and bitcoins.
Coin Palace relies on Cubits for its bitcoin transactions. It charges transaction fee of 0.2% of the amount being transferred but most transactions are usually completed instantly.
There is a minimum deposit amount set at 0.001 BTC or 20 USD/EUR, but we found no information regarding a maximum amount.
When it comes to withdrawals, the minimum requirement is 0.005 BTC or 50 US/EUR. The maximum withdrawable amount is dependent on the payment method used. Withdrawals are usually processed instantly but there are times that it make take up to 8 days to process a withdrawal request.
There are various payment method options on Coin Place. They are as follows: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, PugglePlay, Skrill, LAVA Pay, and bitcoin via Cubits.
All winnings made through bitcoins are to be withdrawn using the same bitcoin wallet used in depositing bitcoins.
FUN Currency Available
Coin Palace offers a FUN currency, which is essentially play money, so players can try the games without having to spend real money or bitcoins yet. Of course, this currency is not convertible to fiat currency or bitcoins. It is maintained in a different balance.
This is actually the currency that will be set on the game interface if you click on the Play for Fun option on the game thumbnails.
Bonuses, Player Rewards, and Promotions
Coin Palace offers a good number of bonuses and rewards. They are as follows:
- 100% 1st Deposit Bonus of up to 1 BTC or 100 EUR, which is automatically given to a player after making the first deposit
- 50% 2nd Deposit Bonus of up to 1 BTC or 100 EUR
- 50% 3rd Deposit Bonus of up to 2 BTC or 200 EUR
- 100% 4th Deposit Bonus of up to 1 BTC or 100 EUR
- 50% Weekend Reload Bonus of up to 0.25 BTC or 50 EUR that can be availed during Saturdays or Sundays
- Other bonuses that can be availed using various bonus codes distributed by different websites
There is a minimum deposit amount required to be able to avail of the aforementioned bonuses. As mentioned on Coin Palace’s website, the minimum bonus qualifying amounts are as follows:
- 0.05 BTC
- 20 USD
- 20 EUR
- 20 AUD
- 20 GBP
- 20 SEK
- 20 NOK
- 20 CAD
At this point, we would like to note in this Coin Palace review that, apparently, 4 of the 17 currencies accepted by Coin Palace are AUD, SEK, NOK, and CAD. We really wish Coin Palace could answer our inquiries to be clear on this matter.
All of the bonuses have a wagering requirement of 40x within 30 days so they can be cashed out. Not all games contribute to the fulfillment of the wagering requirement. Only slots contribute 100%. The other games that contribute to the wagering requirement are Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo, Video Poker. Roulette, and Poker, at 5% each.
Just like in most other online casinos, the bonuses and winnings will be forfeited after the prescribed wagering period lapses. That’s why if you think you can’t comply with the wagering requirement, it would be better to not avail of bonuses from the get go. There is an option in the Account Dashboard to reject bonuses. You may avail of bonuses then cancel them anytime (if you think you can’t meet the wagering requirement) but be reminded that your winnings will also be cancelled as you cancel your bonuses.
Limited Coin Palace Support
Despite being a major online casino, it’s unfortunate that Coin Palace is only able to provide support via email. The persistent Help button on the right side of all Coin Palace pages actually only provides a link to the FAQ page. It does not provide quick access to the contact numbers and live chat. In fact, Coin Palace does not have live chat support. We reckon it used to have it since most other reviews mention that this online casino provides live chat support, but at the time we were doing this Coin Palace review, we are sure that live chat support does not exist.
Players Served and Site Languages
We could not find or get a definitive statement from Coin Palace regarding its policy on accepting players from the United States or in imposing restrictions against players from certain countries. We found some online sources that claim that US players are not allowed on Coin Palace. However, considering that this online gambling operation is licensed and that its Terms and Services page mentions USD and EUR withdrawal limits, we think that players from the United States and other parts of the world are welcome.
The Coin Palace website can be viewed in three different languages: English, Russian, and German.
